                   I, M.Madhusudhan Rao s/o Ramchander Rao, age: 62 years, occ: Legal Practitioner, r/o H.No.17-102, Srinagar colony, Nagarkurnool town and Mandal, hereby request you to provide the following information.

1.            Details of Prperties owned by the Telangana Road Transport Corporation  situated within the limits of Nagarkurnool town with Door numbers and extents, as per the records of Nagar Panchayath.

2.            Provide the information in respect of Collection of Tax by the Nagarpanchayath with the detailes of Tax Payers.

3.            Provide the information with regard to any litigations pending before any courts or forums or High Court etc., in respect of Properties owned by TSRTC situated within the limits of Nagarkurnool town and also provide the case numbers of such cases, and provide the steps taken by the Nagar Panchayath or TSRTC for recovery against the illegal occupants if any.

4.            Please furnish the information with regard to the Shops allotted to the Individuals with names and details of rents collecting by the RTC.

5.            I am prepared to pay the requisite fee for furnishing the above said information on your communication in this regard.
