Subject; M.Madhusudhan Rao S/o Late M.Ramachander Rao Age 58 years, Occupation Legal Practitioner, R/o H.No 17-102, Srinagar Colony, Nagarkurnool, District Mahaboobnagar- Submission of Application Under Section 6 of Right to Information Act seeking the information with regard to Transfer of cases/Suits from Principal Senior Civil Judge Court Mahaboobnagar to Additional Secivil Judge Courts in Mahaboobnagar in the shape of Certified Copies-Requested Regarding.

                I respectfully submit that I am required the folowing information with regard to Transfer of Cases/Suits from Principal Senior Civil Judge Court Mahaboobnagar to Additional Senior Civil Judge Courts in Mahaboobnagar along with the information as to when the cases/Suits were transferred and wheather the Notices were given to the Parties/Advocates concerned and Dated acknowledgment details.

REQUIRED INFORMATION IN THE SHAPE OF CERTIFIED COPIES

1	Number of  Cases/Suits Transfrred from Principal Senior Civil Judge Court to Additional Senior Civil Judge Courts in Mahaboobnagar
2	Details of Notices issued to the concerned Advocates or Parties intimating the fact of Transfer of such cases with Dated acknowledgement details.Cout wise information is required.
3	Details Stages of the Trasfrred Cases/Suits as on the date of Transfer of such cases.
4	Details of Status of Such cases whether due Notice or without Notice.
7	Information, report and relevant detailed Documents sent to the Honourable High Court along with the proposals on the basis of demand of Bar Association Wanaparthy.
8	Details of concerned Staff at the time of Transfer of such cases.

                      I respectfully submit that the required Application Fee of Rs 25/- as per the Gazette is paid through Court Fee Stamps, and that I have furnished my Postal Address for future Communication, and that I shall undertake to pay the Charges as per law for providing the above documents as and when informed to me for delivery of said information in the shape of Certified Copies.
